杭椒猪柳

佐料:料酒1/2汤匙,生抽1汤匙,老抽1/3 汤匙,淀粉1/3汤匙,水1汤匙,油1/2汤匙,盐。

主料:杭椒300克,猪肉(梅花肉)150克

做法:

  1. 杭椒洗净去蒂,切开。猪肉切成粗条,放入少许盐、料酒、生抽、老抽、淀粉,水,搅拌均匀,再加一点油,拌匀。
  2. 油锅烧到特别热,放入油,放入肉条快速翻炒至断生。加入杭椒一起翻炒至杭椒断生,盐调味。

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g pork, cut into strips
  • 300g shishito peppers, cut into strips
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

For the marinade

  • ½ tbsp. cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • salt

COOK’S TIPS

  1. Combine the marinade with pork strips, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, stir-fry the pork strips until it thoroughly cooked. Add shishito peppers and salt, stir-fry for a minute.
